how are condoms electronically tested?

As a condom manufacturer, we can rest assured to consumer that they can use our condom freely without any worry of breakage or leakage. All of our condoms are tested in house according to the ISO4074. Each piece of condom produced by us is electronically tested for pin holes. Some consumers maybe doubt that if you really test each one? or only take a random test for some pcs? No, we are really test each one, or the condom is impossible to rolled, so we can confirm all are assured.

Samples of the accepted condoms are further tested for bursting pressure and volume using air inflation testing machine, for pin holes by electrolyte water test machines. Only the batch condom which passed these tests and meeting the required acceptable quality level can allowed to foil and pack. We also make pre-shipment test after condoms are packed before delivery to customers. Every step for the strictly quality control make sure our condom with the premium quality. And it guarantees our produced condom safe to every user.
