Is spermicide condom safe?

Condom with spermicide can stop sperm from moving better. It’s intended to add another level of protection against pregnancy, but no significant pros. Nonoxynol-9 is the active ingredient for spermicide. But it can irritate vulvar tissue and vaginal lining, increase the risk of contracting HIV or other STIs.
