Should air be left at the tip of a condom?

Absolutely NO -The air left at the tip of the condom will increase the chance that a condom will break. No matter how strong the condom are, it will burst easily if there is air within the tip. It is important to pinch the tip of the condom when putting on a condom.  A small amount of personal lubricants in the tip of the condom will also decrease the changes of breakage.  If you use a latex condoms, be sure to use a water-based lubricant; if you use a new material polyurethane condom, it’s ok to use a intimate lubricants that is oil-based.

So please keep in mind that the air in tip must be squeezed out.
